Flat Fee Packages
Stevie is committed to transparency in pricing. To allow clients to feel comfortable and confident that there are no hidden fees, Stevie has created a few flat rate packages to address certain common services for clients.
Copyright Registration $350/per copyright registration
- Initial review of work to determine copyright eligibility
- Collection of all relevant information and completion of the copyright application
- Copy of the federal registration certificate
- Education and instruction on the registration process and what the registration means for the future
Trademark Search $450
- Stevie will spend up to an hour searching for similar trademarks
- Results of the trademark search provided to client in a one-page memo
- A recommendation on the trademark’s ability to be successfully federally registered
Trademark Search & Registration $1,050/ plus government fees per trademark or service mark registered
- Stevie will conduct a trademark search to determine if the mark can be successfully registered
- One federal trademark application for an “in-use” trademark or service mark
- Non-substantive office action replies through the application process
- An intent to use application can be filed for an additional $250 plus government fees
- Additional related trademarks and service marks may be added on to the package for an additional $750 plus governmental fees per mark
Flat Rate Contract Review $50/page (*$50/page flat rate fee based upon standard US page size.)
- Initial 15-minute phone consultation to understand your concerns
- Review of the contract for any non-industry standard terms, areas of high risk, and any special areas of concern
- The contract will be returned with marks in the margin indicating areas of concern or suggested changes
- Final 15-minute consultation to go over the contract in case you have any follow-up questions
- Minimum of $250.
Cease and Desist Letters $750/per letter
- Initial 15-minute meeting to review the matter
- Stevie will prepare and send a cease and desist notice via certified mail for a copyright or trademark infringement
- Alternatively, if you’ve received a cease and desist notice, Stevie can prepare a response
*Not every client is eligible for a flat fee package. Stevie is not required to work on a flat fee package if after reviewing the matter it becomes apparent that client does qualify for such a package.
